SAIBA specializes in customized 3D-printed products, including but not limited to “KeyMe” and “PhotoPop”.
- Accuracy of User Input: Since our products are made-to-order based on your inputs, it is your sole responsibility to ensure that all text, spellings, phone numbers, and dates provided for customization are 100% accurate. We are not responsible for typos or errors made by the customer during the ordering process.
- Product Variations: Due to the nature of 3D printing technology, slight variations in texture, color, and finish may occur. These are not defects but inherent characteristics of the 3D printing process.
- Copyright of Uploaded Images: For products requiring photo uploads, you guarantee that you own the copyright or have permission to use the images provided. SAIBA will not be held liable for any copyright infringement arising from images supplied by the customer.
3. Pricing and Payments
- All prices listed on saiba.cc are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time.
- Payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay). We do not store your credit card or UPI details on our servers.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timelines provided on the website are estimates. While we strive to dispatch all custom orders within our stated timeframe (usually 2-3 business days), external factors involving our courier partners may occasionally cause delays. 5. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds
Because our items are uniquely personalized and manufactured specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the 3D printing process has begun. 6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, SAIBA and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on saiba.cc, including product designs, logos, images, and website text. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no case shall SAIBA, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, or replacement costs, arising from your use of any of the services or any products procured using the service.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless SAIBA and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal.
