Cancellation and Refund Policy

At SAIBA, we take immense pride in crafting premium, customized 3D-printed products like KeyMe and PhotoPop just for you. Because every product is personalized and manufactured to order based on your specific inputs, our cancellation and refund policies differ from standard e-commerce stores.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Timeframe for Cancellation: You may cancel or modify your order (such as changing a name, number, or shipping address) within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the 3D printing and manufacturing process has not already begun.
  • How to Cancel: To request a cancellation or modification, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +91 8777038750 or email us at support@saiba.cc with your Order ID.
  • Late Cancellations: Once the 12-hour window has passed or the production of your custom item has started, we cannot accept any cancellations or modifications, and the order will be processed and shipped as placed.

2. Return and Exchange Policy

  • Personalized Products: Because our products (such as name tags, custom photo stands, and personalized keychains) are permanently engraved or printed with your specific details, they cannot be resold. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized items if you change your mind, do not like the color, or if you provided incorrect spelling/details during the ordering process.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to double-check all text, numbers, and uploaded photos before completing the purchase.

3. Refund and Replacement Policy

We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. We will gladly issue a free replacement or a full refund under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged in Transit: The product arrives physically broken or damaged.
  • Manufacturing Defect: There is a clear defect in the 3D printing structure.
  • Incorrect Customization: We made a spelling error or printed the wrong details that do not match the exact input you provided in your original order.

4. How to Claim a Replacement or Refund

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please follow these steps:

  1. Report within 48 Hours: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
  2. Provide Proof: Send an email to support@saiba.cc or WhatsApp us at +91 8777038750 with your Order ID and clear photographs (and preferably an unboxing video) showing the defect or damage, along with the shipping label.
  3. Resolution: Once our team inspects the evidence and approves the claim, we will initiate a free replacement within 2-3 business days. If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, please mention it in your request.

5. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved (either due to a valid cancellation or a damaged product), the following timelines apply:

  • The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking).
  • It generally takes 5 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing time.
