Shipping and Delivery Policy

At SAIBA, we are committed to delivering your custom-made 3D-printed products safely and securely to your doorstep. Because every single item—whether it’s a KeyMe tag or a PhotoPop stand—is personalized and printed on demand, our shipping timelines include both a manufacturing (processing) period and a transit period.

1. Order Processing and Manufacturing Time

  • Custom Production: Since your products are uniquely 3D-printed based on the exact name, number, or photo you provide, they require dedicated production time.
  • Processing Time: All orders are processed, manufactured, and packed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after the order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed.
  • If there is any issue with the customization details provided by you (e.g., an unclear photo or missing text), we will contact you via WhatsApp or Email, which may pause the processing time until the issue is resolved.

2. Shipping Timelines

Once your custom order is manufactured and packed, it is handed over to our trusted courier partners.

  • Within West Bengal (including Kolkata): Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.
  • Rest of India: Delivery generally takes 5 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your exact location and pin code serviceability.
  • Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, strikes, or logistical issues with the courier company may occasionally cause slight delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and the total weight of your order.
  • The exact shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.
  • (Optional: If you offer free shipping, you can add: “We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders above INR [Amount].”)

4. Order Tracking

  • As soon as your order is dispatched from our Kolkata facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking number and a link to track your package live.
  • You can also track your order status directly on our website by visiting the “Track Order” page and entering your Order ID.

5. Failed Deliveries and Incorrect Addresses

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the correct Pin Code and an active phone number.
  • Our courier partners will attempt to deliver the package up to 2-3 times. If the delivery fails because the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect, or the phone is unreachable, the package will be returned to us (RTO – Return to Origin).
  • In the case of RTO: Since the products are strictly personalized and cannot be resold, we do not offer refunds for failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information. We will happily reship the package to you, but the customer must bear the additional shipping charges for the second attempt.
